Guided wildflower hikes are available at Norris Dam State Park. This program will acquaint participants with the identification, natural history, and folklore of over 30 different kinds of spring wildflowers. At 10 a.m. and 1 p.m., join the park staff on the River Bluff Trail, for a three mile hike and at 2 p.m. at the Lower Clear Creek Trail.

RIVER BLUFF TRAIL WILDFLOWER HIKES – 10 a.m. and 1p.m. – Our guides will narrate as we hike along the cool Clinch River, one of the most diverse pathways of wildflower concentrations in the region. Meet at the River Bluff Trail entrance to begin this adventure.

LOWER CLEAR CREEK HIKE – 2 p.m. – Spend a leisurely afternoon with park guides as we discover the colorful display of wildflowers along the Lower Clear Creek pathway. Meet at the Gristmill Parking lot.
